BOOKARA GOAT DAIRY

Nestled between Geraldton and Dongara, Bookara’s Alpine goats enjoy paddock feed, grain and hay grown on the farm or close to home.  Soaked lupins provide protein and energy for gut flora, barley and oats provide carbohydrate, while oaten hay, dry grass, leaves and twigs provide much needed fibre, creating a balanced diet.  Cheese is hand-made, using their own fresh goats’ milk and adding the finest cultures, some WA salt and lots of tender loving care.  Bookara Goat Diary produces natural wholesome foods, such as cream cheese, ricotta, feta, haloumi and yoghurt, all rich in flavour and goodness.
