SHED MANAGEMENT
The school has request us to make sure the shed is kept clean, tidy and safe. No food and drink related items are allowed to store in the sheds such as cups, milk bottles, food bowls etc except display cabinet and cooking equipment.
To prevent vermin, all food equipment needs to have cover, food and veggie plastic trays must be wiped off/cleaned before storing in the shed, and o cardboard boxes are allowed. Only regularly used items for the market to be stored in the shed due to our limited space.
Things are put neatly and not too high so it wont cause hazards and potentially risk.
Please do not dump rubbish in the bins in the shed at the end of the market when the bins are already emptied. That will make the shed smelly and attract cockroaches as you can see in the photos below.
No stallholders’ equipment is allowed to store in the cleaners’ room.

Please make sure all signature and shop equipment or products are placed within designated area. You will need to have valid public liability insurance to cover any risks caused by you and your staff at the market.
All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged.
Anchor weights must be used to secure your marque(s) for windy days , especially when wind speed is forecasted more than 20 km or more.
