Filament Coffee started brewing cold brew coffee in 2016 and have just moved into their brand new cold brewery in Osborne Park! Their journey began right here at the Market whilst both working full-time at an accounting firm. Co-founders Aaron and Brendan are proud that you can still find them behind the Filament bar every Saturday. Their range of cold brew options includes Nitro cold brew by the glass, and take home 1L refillable bottles and cans. Their cold brew is best served black over ice and is gluten free, dairy free, vegan and paleo friendly. The guys also champion some of our sustainability initiatives at the Market, washing their own glasses and providing free coffee grounds for collection each week.
