HOT WEATHER IS FORECASTED FOR THIS SATURDAY
As the weather is going to be very hot this Saturday, please make sure you have sun cream and drink enough water. We will see how hot it is in the early morning and if the stallholders reps agree, we might close our market early at 11AM. If you have issues with close early this Saturday due to the heat, please let Lorna or our stallholder reps (Alan and Ron) know. We expect customers will come early.
Please be reminded to always check the weather forecast before booking. Cancellation fee will be applied for cancellation after 10am on Thursday including due to weather.

Food Compliance and Safety
Please note, if you want to add extra food to the list of food you are currently selling, you first need to get approval from MCFM committee by completing product variation form her (https://mtclaremontfarmersmarket.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/FORM-PRODUCT-VARIATION REQUEST.pdf) .
Once you are approved, you will need to get food permit from city of Nedlands. According to City of Nedlands, the change of food that you add to your business might change the risk rating hence it need the city’s approval before it can be sold at the market.
Please note that it is an offence under the Food Act 2008 to operate a food business without notifying the relevant local authority. You might incur a penalty if violating the food act.
